If you have mods that are simply out of date and you don't want, or will never be updated, it's best to simply unsubscribe and delete them. This sometimes happens for mods like GSM, Valour, RobZ Realism etc.
Launch in safe mode with out mods and delete any out of date mods that have their up to date versions already in your mod selection menu. Let me go down the list of some troubleshooting you can do. I have had this problem many times, it is caused from having too many out of date mods, or too many mods in general.
